Ch Harirama Jogaiah quits Congress and Lok Sabha membership on Tuesday .
He went to Chiranjeevi's party office and formally joined the party
Chiranjeevi said the party would utilise the vast experience of the Mr Harirama Jogaiah in framing policies and programmes.
Chiranjeevi: “Jogaiah was the elderly man at my marriage and was instrumental in settling the match,”.
